OUR GUARANTEE POLICY
Our products are guaranteed for three years from date of invoice.  Perfection is our passion so we double-check every case before it leaves our lab to ensure flawlessness.  If the case is unsatisfactory, please return the original case with an explanation of the problem and we will repair or remake the case free of charge.

Note: we will charge for remakes under the following circumstances:
* We question a die, model, or impression and doctor okays completion.
* We remake to a new bite or preparations are re-prepared.
* We request a try-in and doctor says to complete the case.
* We receive no study model for cases and/or no specific directions were given.
* A shade is different from the original request.
* We charge only the noble price if there is no original case return with the remake case.
